Planning a successful future

A small executive team works with the  volunteer members of the Foundation’s Board of Management and sub-committees to raise additional funds to:

• establish an infrastructure in all mainland states and employ support nurses in those states to deliver the Foundation’s primary programmes 
   
• develop narrow cast, interactive on line communication systems to provide workshops, seminars and support groups to myeloma patients living in remote parts of the country
   
• facilitate myeloma research in Australia through the Foundation’s Medical and Scientific Advisory Group
  .
• advocate for affordable access to new treatments for myeloma patients 
   

• Introduce a suite of marketing and communications programmes with which to raise myeloma awareness and understanding within government and the wider community.
