Education for Health Professionals

 

Specialists from the Myeloma Foundation of Australia travel to major treatment centres in Victoria, NSW, ACT and South Australia provding up-to-date information on aspects of treatment, care and management of myeloma patients to haematology and oncology nurses and other health professionals for dissemination to patients and carers.

Myeloma Foundation of Australia is committed to assisting health care professionals understanding of myeloma. To this end our Myeloma Support Nurses conduct in-service visits at major hospitals. These sessions usually run for approximately 60 minutes and are designed to assist interested staff gain a better understanding of myeloma and ites treatment. Please contact one of our support nurses for more information.
